Studion apt required on rent in Melbourne

  • Hi I am Priya, 27, married, part time worker/part time student. Have been working for the last 3 years full time in Mumbai, India and know perfect english. I hate pets and smoke occasionaly. Am from India and have enrolled for a course from the Cambridge college in Melbourne. Will be there with my husband for the July 2008 intake. I need a fully furnished rental Studio apartment/a room in/around CBD or close to my college. I can afford anything between $250 and $300. I am willing to pay 4 weeks of rent in advance.     One of our clients is planning to relocate to Melbourne in a few weeks time so I would greatly appreciate if you could help him find a place

    Could you also outline the procedure in renting houses/apartments?
