• Bulgarian cuisine

  The Bulgarian cuisine is very traditional and a very important part of the Bulgarian culture. The dishes are very aromatic and spicy. Of course we have a lot of meat dishes but we have just as well a great variety of vegetarian food. So please don’t worry! We have so many dishes with fruits and vegetables.   Bulgarian food is similar to Turkish and Greek cuisine, with lots of grilled meats and powerful stews; in addition, they have a large choice of salads available, usually based on tomatoes and cucumbers. Feta cheese is prevalent and can be used by a Bulgarian as a topping on virtually any food.
