  • If you got admitted to a university in Bulgaria they usually send your documents to the ministry of education and science - and they than issue a long-stay visa - type D.

    Deadline for submitting documents for students
    is 1st October and for post-graduate students
    - 31st May.

    So just ask your university which documents exactly you need.
