  • How is it that NIS is allowed to operate in Qatar when they employ non-qualified "teachers" in a class. I was under the impression that you could not call yourself a teacher until a full 4 year BSc (Edu) or PGCSE or similar had been undertaken.

    Is the Qatar education authority looking the other way?
