  Usually, a 3 bedroom flat would cost QR6500 per month... but prices are rising.

• 2 bed or 3 bed flat

  Hi, we're out here at the moment and flat hunting - prices are very high... We've seen a nice unfurnished 3 bed in a lovely area from QR14,000, but have also seen some furnished 3 beds at QR10,000 in OK areas. 2 bed places aren't much less. Lots of the owners want at least 3 months in advance, some one year. Hope this helps your decision

• Cost of Living

  At the moment, cost of living in Doha is very high. The minimum you pay for a new 2 bedroom semi furnished (air conditioners only) flat would be 7500 if you're lucky. They usually charge 8500. 3 Bedroom would go to 10,000 up. To live in a Villa, you need to spend at least 14,000 QR.
