• How can I know before arriving to Canada what are the schools like in certain areas where I would be interesting to live. I was thinking of contacting your school district, but how do you know "which" school district

  you need to go to the city hall of your city to find out about which schools are bilingual and/or have ESL/FSL programs. IF you tell me which city you are arriving to I could provide you with a link to the source
