Tier 1 post study work visa

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am nadeera Sri Lankan citizen residing in Sri Lanka at present. My husband is a holder of Tier-1 post study work visa (extended from IGS under transitional arrangement). I would like to join my husband as a dependant. I am bit confused about the minimal balance requirement.
*Is it 1600 pounds or 533 pounds in my case? My husband is residing in UK for more than 12 months.
*Also I would like to know if it is 1600 pounds should my husband have an account balance of 1600 pounds for the last three months i.e every month a balance of 1600 GBP or above.
*If I apply in December do I need six months statements? Is it also 1600 GBP?
