Processing time for spouse visas

I was wondering if anyone knew the processing time for a spouse visa. I am in a bit of a predicament and I needed to leave soon. I am currently living with my sister who is moving to Italy later this year, and I have no where else to go but with my husband (who is a UK citizen) over to England. Given my circumstances, could they speed up the processing time? Would I have to pay more? Would it matter if I bought my plane ticket first? If anyone could help that would be great.

hello !
the usual time for a spouse visa processing is about a week.
if you have not been to the uk before, then it can stretch for upto 10 days, as you shall be called in for an interview !
