I have been living in germany for the last 20 months my visa is not going to be renewed i have been asked to live the country by end january how long should i stay in my country before i can apply for a new visa to come back.

I think you can apply straight away again (no waiting required) but it has to be in an embassy in your home country.. Not sure, however, anybody else has an idea?
