EEA Spouse Visa waiting for 2 years

Hi, am married to a spanish national who's been living here for 5 years, we have been married for 2 and a half years, i have applied for my spouse visa 2 years ago, n heard nothing from the home office till now. is anyone in the same situation as me??? any advices??? thx
