Looking for Educational opportunities with scholership support

• Dear Sir,
  I am Indian and looking for enrolling myself as a Ph.D. student of Essen University or other academic research institute of Essen.
  I have several acquintances in the state and can pursue my studies from there.
  
  In future I wish to be a german citizen.
