i want 2 know abt universities offering free MS program in germany

hi my name is rohith ... i am studying B.Tech 3rdyr n m planning my higher studies in germany.... n i have heard that if any foreign student opts to do MS in german medium...it the whole MS program is free.... i mean v hav 2 jus pay a nominal amount n pursue our education...can i knw hw far this is true n if thats not true..can u plz take some tym n brief me on the course structure n criteria of admission....plz do reply 2 this post!!!!....or reply 2 my mail id [email removed]
