DDTEFP letter?

Hi,everyboday!I am Chinese and I am going to France for a 60 day training at a French company. Do I still need a DDTEFP letter? The HR of France told me I do not need such letter for short stay of business letter while the France Consulate require such letter for a stay of more than 30 days. Anybody here can help me? Thanks in advance.

I had the same problem as yours, the company told me that i do not need this kind of letter but the embassy insisted on it, (my staying period at the French company is 25 days), i am still waiting for that DDTEFP letter, it is already 40 days! any suggestions?
