Kuwait Gestures, Proxemics, and Kinesics

• Does anyone know about different aspects of Kuwait culture pertaining to the following:
  
  Gestures (Are there significant hand, head, foot, etc. gestures in America that would be inappropriate in Kuwait) For example if I would give someone the peace sign in the US- would that be interpreted in a different way there?
  
  Kinesics (blushes, eye movement-eye contact- when speaking with other, tapping, etc.)For example, when I would speak to someone should I look in their eyes?
  
  
  Proxemics (closeness when conversing) Is it rude to stand within close range when talking to other males or females in Kuwait?

  Gestures: kiss (twice) on the cheek if you know someone closely
  
  Kinesics: Eye contact is normal
  
  Proxemics: Woman usually stand behind
