can you help me by given a computer operator job?

• Dear sir/madam
  
  I’m an unknown person to you from Bangladesh. I’m a totally blind person.
  I’ve acquired bachelor degree on political science from National University of Bangladesh in 2003 and also obtained a qualification on Software Engineering from National Institute for the Information Technology (NIIT) in 2004.
  Now I’m passing this day’s with frustration, the cause of it I’m looking for a computer related job. But I can’t find any appropriate guideline from anyone. Every organization are responsible for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities of there own country. But I’m not lucky to live in my country, the reason of that our country situation isn’t favorable for our disabled community and also our job market is full of crisis.
  
  So I can’t understand where can I find job recruitment information or where can apply for a position as a disabled person?
  Can you able to save my life by given a job or related information?
