Help about looking for a job and visa procedure in KOREA

Hi guys am curently in Singapore I might consider working in korea i need some help in the IT jobs out there knowing my experience is barely 1 year or a little bit more!
and the work visa pricedure once the job is with me and the company want to hire me will the governement object or have any rules and/or regualtions?
Any one here to lighten my path please.. specially moderator!
