  My name is Ia Burduli and i come from Georgia.I saw your company on
  internet. I'm sure you know about the progress my country is going
  through to join E.U. One of this is building investment. My father has
  one of the most sucsessfull buildng companys in the country. He is
  looking for foreign investment with very, very good profits (100%
  profit). Most of this investments are not possible, because of no share
  holders. This is on all year round investment ( winter_skeeing resorts,
  summer_sea resorts).
