Working in New Zealand Plantation

Hi..I'm from Indonesia. I love New Zealand view..what a wonderful nature. I wish to stay in OZ someday. I'm just thinking to work in OZ plantation, could somebody help me for working visa ?
Actually, my education and work experience was in IT Field..I am an IT System Administrator right now.
