egyptian national seeking an invitation of work in uk to obtain a work vis

i am seeking work in uk to join my british wife. I cannot obtain a work visa for uk unless I have an invitation to work from a company in uk. Is there anyone out there with a job offer for me? I am classed as unskilled /labourer but am quick to learn new skills.
